Free 12 Hour Eating Plan


When I first started my nursing career I searched high and low for tips on how to eat while on night shift and not gain weight. That's what we always hear, right? "Oh gosh, I gained 10 pounds when I went to nights" "It's impossible to eat on nights" "Everyone gains weight on nightshift"

Well for me that wasn't an option, having found my love for fitness and health in college I was committed to finding a plan that would work for me day or night :)

THIS is that plan! I've used it and tweeked it for over 5 years and it's what I still use today! I feel full and satisfied through my entire shift and I have peace of mind knowing that I've fueled my body right :)

In this plan you'll find what to eat, how much to eat, and when to eat no matter what shift your on. If you've got a 12 hour day, this can be your saving grace.
